The Cleveland Furniture Company

I had the pleasure of interacting with one of the owners today. I was looking for a TV stand and the store had many beautiful options. I settled on a stand with a fireplace insert. Perfect for the fall weather. Jason was very professional and friendly. I purchased a leather couch from there last year and I couldn’t be happier with it. The furniture at Cleveland Furniture Co. is high quality, it’s the only furniture store I will go to. The Mentor team is outstanding.

Excellent! I was assisted with my purchase by one of the owners, Jason, and he could not have been more helpful in finding the right item for me. This type of service is why this is not my first purchase at their store and it will most likely not be my last. Big box is not always the best option, especially when you work with a staff like Cleveland Furniture’s.

I had been shopping for bedroom sets for a while, and after visiting nearly every furniture store in Northeast Ohio, The Cleveland Furniture store stood out as the only one that had a sets that I loved! Jason showed me around the store and helped me pick out a fantastic high-quality set!

I went to a total of 4 places looking for a mattress and this place was the only one with a good selection of soft ones. The sales person, Tom, truly understood what I was looking for and what price range I wanted to stay within. He was so awesome! He offered me a great deal but also made sure not to pressure me in any way. I will be shopping here moving forward and recommending this place to friends and family. I am sure all of their workers are great but if you do go in, I’d ask for Tom!

Stopped at the Mentor store one day and was interested in a bookcase. They only had a couple. The salesman seemed uninterested. I asked what wood a particular one was made of. Either the salesman was stupid or he thought I was stupid. He told me it "looked like oak". Well, even I could tell it wasn't oak. I asked a couple of questions and he just walked away. Class act!
