Sleep Number

Do not get a sleep number! This company is the absolute worst. They will lie to you telling you what you want to hear to get you to buy. Then they will not allow you to return a bed until 30 days of using it even when it is causing the body pain, saying the bed needs to "break in". Then not allowing me to return the bed the bed has dislocated my hip and caused me medical harm. I called to discuss this and the company does not care at all that their employees lie to make sales, that their retention team ignores real harm being caused to keep you with the bed and the refuses to waive the 250 return fee when my medical fees from being injured by this bed that could have been avoided if they just listened to me and allowed me to return it when I said the bed was causing me harm and refused. Every single person I have dealt with has been short, rude, not at all supportive or caring and the bed has caused actual medical harm. Save your money this company and bed are NOT worth it.

Came in not intending to buy but to look for a queen bed. After visiting with the guys ended up purchasing a green and a king. So I would say it was a good trip. They were very informative and professional.

I have been a Sleep Number customer for years. Even so, though there would be no revenue generated for their store, both James and Jennifer went above and beyond in helping me with the best practices in moving my bed - allowing me to record the process, taking time in multiple phone calls and helping me with the company customer service center when I needed it. This is what it feels like to be valued. In the future, if I purchase anything else - I will go the extra mile to do it from this store as they went the extra many miles for me.

I had an idea of what I wanted. SN had made changes to the bed I have and also offered an interesting line that intrigued me. James listened to my list of items I wanted, asked me if I'd be interested in a cooling feature. I am in my maturing years and have been experiencing hot flashes. Now my interest was piqued. I reviewed the choices and weighed the benefits and went with the I6. I now have 3 SN sets and purchased a set for my son's family. James assisted me with all 4 sets. If I need another bed someday, I will ask James again. He's my go to SN salesperson.

James was super friendly, knowledgable, and did not pressure us in any way. Experience was great and would recommend to anyone.
