Sleep Number

Terrible customer service! After years of referrals and loyalty they show ZERO for their loyal customers. They are not familiar with their own products and their excuse is “it’s brand new” apparently they are not “ trained on new products” so do not expect them to explain it correctly when they sell it, deliver it and certainly DO NOT call customer care, NO ONE CARES once it’s dropped off, and are clueless on what the products can and can’t do until it’s too late. The associate at the store Michele never explained the two huge differences in the bed bases knowing I wanted preset buttons like my mom had on her bed w her cellphone , I included I was getting a new bed frame soon so it wasn’t a deal breaker but would prefer a base that would accommodate all bed frames. Again it was never mentioned the base that could go with all bed frames was manual, opposed to a smart base… BIG DIFFERENCE! Then told me the remote control for my $2700 bed base was a one touch button, also incorrect you hold all buttons down the entire time until you finally get where you want most of the time feeling like a bumpy rollercoaster. . I had no idea there was a smart base and a manual base. The only thing we covered was the legs on the bed and the compatibility to the bed frames. Very disappointed in lack of communication and customer care. Raven in customer care was terrible and offered zero help. I called customer care twice both times after I got through the prompts I was disconnected. Then got Raven, a supervisor- at customer care, also a huge disappointment . She didn’t return my call on Monday between 9 am- 3 pm as promised but that was expected. Beth was very helpful in store but they can only do so much in retail stores so everyone is happy until you have to call customer care … and then you realize their is no care in sleep number customer care. Big purchase, huge disappointment. I waited years for this base ZERO STARS! ⭐️

I came by one day a couple of weeks ago and was ready to buy a mattress, I was in desperate need of a mattress that same day. The door was locked and I'm pretty sure the employee on that day was sitting in their car in the parking lot I'm guessing on lunch. Sorry, you missed out on a sale.

Everyone in the store was very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and took time to show me the deference of each style of sleep number mattress. They showed me how everything worked. I was very pleased with the experience I had picking my new sleep number. The only thing that i had any kind of issue with was setting up my delivery date and time. I wanted a weekend delivery but they didn't have any. The best I could get is a request for a late afternoon delivery during the week. My problem is I am a truck driver and my not be able to get done with my run for the day, due to delay unloading and unloading, also traffic could be a big problem getting done in time to get home for the delivery.

Love my sleep number bed. I wouldn't trade it for anything. After months of sleepless nights tossing and turning. I finally turned to sleep number for help. The floor representative was very helpful and knowledgeable on helping me to find the best bad for my budget and needs. Would highly recommend for family or friends to come here

Hailee was absolutely amazing. She was super helpful, answered any and all my questions, made sure to explain to me and demonstrate what my sleep number was and made the process of buying a new bed completely easy and enjoyable. Because of her I became a sleep number member! I can’t thank Hailee enough :) she’s gets all 5 stars.
