As a repeat customer at the Sleep Number store, I can’t say enough good things about our most recent visit to the North Spokane store! We’ve purchased from Sleep Number in Bellevue before, so we knew what to expect in terms of the adjustable beds and smart features, but this time the experience was elevated thanks to the incredible salesperson, Meggie. She was extremely knowledgeable about every model, and patiently walked us through all the options without any pressure. She explained how the sleep tracking works, the differences in firmness settings for couples, and even shared tips on optimizing our current setup at home. What really stood out was how she made the whole process fun and engaging. It turned what could have been a routine shopping trip into an enjoyable outing. We ended up upgrading to a new model we’re thrilled with, and the service made it a no-brainer to come back. Highly recommend this store—ask for Meggie or any of her colleagues will be helpful! 5 stars all the way. 😊

She walked us through the whole process, helped us find our sleep numbers, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The sale they had going on was awesome, and the 0% financing for two years made a big difference for us. Also, I ended up getting a pillow that I absolutely LOVE! Highly recommend stopping by and working with Meggie—she made the whole experience!
View on GoogleWe have heard about Sleep Number for years so thought we would check it out. Meggie helped us and was very thorough and explained all the benefits! She didn’t rush us, let us try out multiple beds, gave us time to talk alone about the choices. We had been changing out mattresses every five years and are tired of it. These are more money up front, but if you get to have it 20 years, you would spend more anyways getting crappy mattresses every five years and in the meantime get bad sleep. We decided good sleep is more important. We talked about a memory foam but we don’t like the sinking feeling. Ironically a customer came in and she had an older sleep number for 20 years and told us we would love it and to get one, she just bought another one because she wanted the cooling feature, not bc it was worn out. She also made a good point, your body changes as u get older and with the air pockets you can adapt the settings to work for u. They also have the new bed climate 360 and it has heat and cooling, try it, amazing! Was a great experience and would highly recommend her and sleep Number! I don’t normally do reviews but this was worth a review. Can’t wait to try the bed, I am thinking we are going to regret that we didn’t get one years ago.

We walked in with the intent of buying a bed, but still Had many questions about the product . Customer service from Megan was nothing short of spectacular in every facet of the experience. Not only was she knowledgeable in countless areas she was fun. She listened extraordinarily well and answered our questions without going on and on and on. We ended up buying the top of the line product. We are more than excited about receiving the quality product that we have purchased and I would highly recommend to any of you. She welcomed us into the store, and we were very grateful because we were from out of town and did not want to leave our pet in the truck. Meggie is very knowledgeable about the sleep number products and helped us make the best decision based on what we wanted. It was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. We are looking forward to delivery of our new and awesome bed.
