. Andre's quote was not honored as it had supposedly expired. There was no expire date on the quote and Andre had told us that it would be good through Presidents Day.Aftervsome discussion Andre honored his original quote. And now they want to deliver it at 7:00 AM. Comfortmode was delivered about 8:30. Advance notice sent via email instead of text or phone. We love the bed. Delivery technicians did great job.

I had a wonderful time working with Richard. He was very attentive and thorough. I walked away fully understanding how to use my new sleep number bed and maximize the benefits from it!

She was amazing. Very kind and informative. I appreciate this quality in a salesperson.

I wanted to take a moment to update my review based entirely on the exceptional customer service I received from Andre, the store manager at the Issaquah location. Andre took the time to listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved. He did what should have been done from the beginning, focused on finding a solution. With his help, I was able to exchange my bed for the correct size. But Andre did not stop there. When I encountered inconsistent responses from customer service, he stepped in to make sure they fully understood the situation. He acknowledged where things had gone wrong and pushed to have the price difference for the exchange completely waived. Andre is a true example of what great customer service looks like. I recommend this store because of his leadership and dedication. I hope his team learns from his approach and applies the same level of care to every customer. Thank you, Andre, for setting the standard and making things right.
