Sleep Number

Stephanie was amazing! My wife and I arrived 30 mins before closing, on a Friday night. Having worked retail, we both HATED to do that, but we needed to try the bed so we could get one ordered asap, if we decided to go with Sleep Number (we were deciding between them and Purple). Stephanie showed NO signs of being bothered that we came in so late. She was SUPER nice, and showed us everything about the products. We ended up ordering a mattress from her that night, and even finished the whole transaction 2 mins before closing. Having been in sales and management most of my life, I can say that Sleep Number is VERY LUCKY to have Stephanie on staff. She positively represents the brand, every minute of the day.

God forbid your power goes out. Your bed will not connect afterwards and you have to go turn it back off and on which means you have to climb behind the bed and unplug it and hope that it resets correctly. Paying $10,000 for something you would think it would just work correctly. Ridiculous.

Zach made our mattress search and purchase process so smooth. He was informative and saved my wife and I money along the way! Professional & precise. 10/10 happy with the whole experience. Can’t wait to get the bed.

Thanks to Jeff, I had one of the best experiences buying a bed for my new home. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave honest opinions on what he thought would be suitable for our needs. Thanks to him I feel confident in my new sleep number bed. Thank you Jeff!

Jeff was one of a kind. He was an exceptional salesperson. He knows exactly what you need and want and gives you the best deal. We will definitely go back to him for our next beds/pillows!
