Two days ago my friend and I walked into the Saint Petersburg store. We needed to furnish a three bedroom two bath condo immediately. By divine intervention, Stephanie waited on us. She was so wonderful. She sat down and talked to us about what our thoughts were, about furnishing the condo, how we wanted to decorate, when we needed products delivered, etc. she was not pushy, but she was helpful when she figured out what our ideas were, she led us in the right direction but never pushed us to anything expensive or anything other than trying to be helpful. We walked out with $15,000 worth of furniture and felt wonderful. Felt like it was a great experience and we almost felt like she was a friend by the time we left. We would recommend her highly to anyone seeking a great experience looking for furniture.

Our in-store experience was great. My wife and I decided to go into the store after dinner, not realizing the store closed at 8. So we arrived with about 30 minutes until closing. Gareth did not rush us in the least; rather, he took the time to answer our questions and provided us with definitive answers to all of our inquiries. We made the decision to purchase within 15 minutes of arriving (we had been looking at the products online previously), and Gareth was very diligent in making sure all items and their promotional prices were reflected accurately in the sales quote. While we haven’t yet received our bed, the in-store experience was a great start. Thanks Gareth!

Dan was very knowledgeable and helped us to get a great deal. Sleep Number is a good company with great products that I highly recommend to anyone interested in a good night’s sleep.

I walked in there just shopping around. I had planned to go to other mattress stores and compare prices. After a short conversation with Sherrie and her showing and demonstrating the beds, I said the heck with it. I told her ring me up on the spot. We talked for a bit and really connected.
