Sleep Number

Stopped by Sleep Number to try out the beds and see how the adjustable firmness works. The store was clean and the staff took the time to explain the technology and how the beds adjust to your sleep style. It was interesting to see how you can customize each side of the bed. Overall it was a relaxed experience and a cool concept for getting more personalized sleep.

I had a great experience at the Sleep Number store in Brandon. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how everything works without making me feel rushed or pressured. They helped me find the right sleep number and showed me the different features so I could understand what would work best for me.

I am so impressed with the assistance and professionalism that Rebecca S. demonstrated in working with us on getting our Sleep Number Bed. She took time to listen to our needs and helped us identify the right mattress set. She followed up with us regularly and went the extra mile to let us know about sales and options that we could work with. She was absolutely phenomenal and provided us with a great experience. I would highly recommend!

Buying a Sleep Number bed from Rebecca was an amazing experience from start to finish. She made everything effortless, answered every question with real knowledge, and helped me find the perfect bed without any pressure. Rebecca went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and excited about my choice. If you’re thinking about getting a Sleep Number, do yourself a favor and go see her. Truly the best experience I’ve had buying anything for my home!

This company is not worth the money. I specifically asked if the bed was returnable and I was told yes we had a 100 day trial. Well that’s 1/2 true. Apparently the mattress is returnable but not the frame which is the majority of your purchase over 4000. Cust service has been terrible and for the amount of money you spend to attempt get back pain relief is again not worth it and didn’t work. We ended up buying a new bed within a month of spending 7000 on the sleep number. It’s just a big scam!
