Sleep Number

I want to give a shout out to Rudy! He's a very good salesman. Knowledgeable with all the products, accommodate my needs and very friendly. My partner and I just came in to browse and try on the mattresses, but ended up buying one. He explained the importance of sleeping well and how the right mattress can significantly impact our overall health and well-being. He wasn't pushy at all, just genuinely helpful. McKenzie was wonderful to work with! She is personable, friendly, & welcoming. She definitely showed an interest in our needs, answered all of our questions, & didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. She was even great at keeping our toddler busy while we tried out a few different mattresses! This was all around a 10 out of 10 rated experience.

We had owned a Sleep Number bed in the past. It lasted over 15 years. We moved 5 years ago and since our Sleep Number bed needed to be replaced and we moved very quickly, we opted for a traditional Box Springs and Mattress. We have discovered that was a mistake. I have not been sleeping well over the last 5 years and I initially was attributing that to getting older, stress on the job and some body parts (hip and knees) that needed to be replaced. Anyway, we just came back from a vacation where I slept pretty good and the beds seemed much more comfortable. When we got home both my wife and I said that we need a new bed. We decided to go back to a Sleep Number Bed. We visited the Tracy Store yesterday and we were greeted by Ricardo. He was awesome. He knew the products, he took his time and explained how things had changed with the Sleep Number beds since we had last made a purchase. He was not pushy and he was very helpful. If you are considering a new bed you should consider a Sleep Number bed. They are not cheap but as I can attest - sleep is valuable and getting a good night sleep is important. You spend about a 3rd of your life sleeping. I have experienced not sleeping well for the last 5 years w/o really understanding what had changed. Just going into the store and laying on a Sleep Number bed, I knew we needed to make the change and buy one again. Needless to say we bought an I8 bed and we can hardly wait until it arrives in about a month from now. By the way, if you also suffer trying to find the right pillow like I have for years and have tried many different pillows, you should try (or buy like we did) their Response Fit Ultimate Pillow. It is awesome. Tried it last night with our regular mattress (while we wait for our new bed) and it made a big difference. Very comfortable and can be customized to your needs. Again not cheap but worth the spend in my opinion.

Sales rep was very knowledgeable. She demobsrated the features of the beds and did a free sleep number assessment to identify the optimal personalized settings for my wife and I.

I only gave them one star because I couldn't give them no stars. I ordered a bed from them on 26 September 2024 with the promise that it would arrive on 4 October 2024. I got a confirmation for that delivery date later the same day I got another confirmation for 10 October. I bought the bed because I had guests coming on the 4th. Now they have no bed to sleep on. All I'm getting from the store now is it's out of our hands I get the same message from corporate. Well I will be canceling my order because I was basically told by the entire company to go and just deal with it. This would have been my third sleep number bed. I guarantee you one thing it's th last time I'll deal with this store and company. I suggest that everyone take their business to a competitor i am highly disappointed in the service I've received from them especially after being a loyal returning customer that has recommended them to many of my friends. Something that will not happen again!
