Purchasing a mattress can be overwhelming, but our experience with James Slocum at the Raymor & Flanigan Eastview showroom in Victor, NY, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we live chat, James demonstrated remarkable knowledge, patience, and professionalism. He took the time to understand our needs, carefully explained the differences between various mattress options, and guided us through the process without ever making us feel pressured. What truly set James apart was his willingness to go above and beyond. He was incredibly responsive, available to answer questions, and genuinely invested in helping us make the right decision. His expertise, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach turned what could have been a stressful purchase into a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Outstanding service is rare these days, and James exemplifies what excellent customer care should look like. We are deeply grateful for his support and highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest advice, exceptional knowledge, and a truly first-class buying experience. Thank you, James, for exceeding every expectation! Irina 25 Central Park West

Hannah has been great during every step of our furniture search. Great advice and direction, while giving us plenty of space to browse on our own. Very respectful of our space and time and very patient during our decision making process. Great experience.

My experience with Raymour & Flanigan was excellent!! I looked at sofas and when I had a question, Hannah was very helpful and friendly. I didn't feel pressured at all. She was great to work with. I also want to give a shout out to Abby in Customer Service. She too was so helpful and pleasant!! My furniture came right on time and the moving team was polite and friendly. I will definitely be dealing with Raymour & Flanigan in Victor again!!
