City Mattress

I know mattress shopping isn’t the most glamorous task but I just had one of the most positive experiences at City Mattress. My 84 yr old mother needed a new mattress and we were helped by Tania Prince. She was so incredibly patient with my mother. She took her time explaining all the different features and benefits, helped find something in her budget, helped her with financing, delivery, etc. She asked my mom questions and got her add ons to help protect her mattress in “case”. The whole experience was amazing. I know you don’t get mattresses that often but she won my business going forward. Thank you Tania for the over the top customer experience.

Had an enjoyable experience at City Mattress in Victor. Sales associate Tania was was knowledgeable, asked questions and made constructive suggestions which led our mattress purchase. Delivery was as promised by professional folks. Highly recommend City Mattress.

Antoine(I may have misspelled that) was very helpful, respectful and very informative. We shared our situation and needs and he shared all the options and possibilities City Mattress had. Once we had our final measurements addressed Antoine presented us with an amazing offer and a mattress with adjustable base we are absolutely happy with. We would definitely reccomend City Mattress and Antoine and hope to do business again when our space opens up. Delivery was quick and efficient as well. Thank you City Mattress and thank you Antoine!

3/14/24: I bought 2 mattresses there. Gregory helped me. He was low-key & knowledgeable. I was satisfied. 3/16/24: Gregory was so helpful again. I liked their made in Italy 🇮🇹 bedroom sets. I bought the Italian 6 piece 🛌 bedroom set, with soft close drawers & 2 mattresses.

We had a great experience with Mike. He was not pushy at all. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Good selection of mattresses to try.
