Sleep Outfitters of Troy

They took the time to show us all our beds, make sure he found us a comfortable one, and just went way out of his way. They have amazing tempurpedic, kings down, sterns & foster, beauty rest, serta, beauty sleep, and more. The best thing is they have a bed that you walk in and can try out and it will tell you what type of bed is best for your body type. Absolutely amazing place will return anytime we need a bed and they have a azing pillows as well. Definitely recommend thanks so much Dustin. You found all of the best that were comfortable and our pressure points that needed the attention. We are very happy!!

The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. The computer analysis of my resting body was a first for me, but very informative. Dustin explained the findings and how its recommendations for “soft” didn’t always imply a soft, sinking mattress. Dustin listened to me and was able to clearly explain the different types of mattresses. I was able to try three mattresses and could clearly select a mattress that suited me. I’m very pleased with how comfortable the whole buying process was; Dustin explaining the whole purchase and warranties, and his patience in taking me through the purchase process. I’ll be recommending Dustin and Zach at Sleep Outfitters to many people!

Dustin Mills was incredibly helpful throughout our mattress shopping experience. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, helped us narrow down the best mattress options, and made sure we picked the right accessories and products to go with it. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. We really appreciated his guidance and excellent customer service. Highly recommend working with Dustin if you’re looking for help finding the right mattress setup!

We went into the store with the intention of trying out some mattresses. We were greeted immediately on entering and were able to be evaluated by a computer system that measures where the body needs more or less support while sleeping. The associate was very helpful and showed us mattresses that would meet our needs & desires for a soft but supportive bed. The store had a large area of beds to try. We spent a good amount of time trying the various beds he suggested. He was very patient with us and explained all the differences in the mattresses. We did decide on a mattress to purchase. The associate was very friendly, the service was great! The price was right also. If you are looking for a mattress we would highly recommend this store and the associate who helped us.

We worked with Zac during our experience. We felt he was super knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated the fact he didn’t overwhelm us on too many options. He was very informative and definitely helped get us an amazing price! We went to two other stores afterwards and felt that we couldn’t beat the customer service or price at outfitters. Definitely recommend!
