Great experience. As awkward as laying on mattress trying them out and talking to a salesman is, he made the experience not weird. Also got purple pillows. Different density for each of us. Very good experience. Plus since we briefly spoke with different salesman on other day their policy is if you ask by name for salesman that is not there they split commission and we valued that integrity.

My salesman, Jordan, was spectacular. I had chosen the color and fabric for my chair, and Jordan showed a different one to me that I had not considered, but loved it after I saw it. He is very customer oriented and gets five stars or an A+ for me

1st time here and the prices on their items are wonderful!. The sales associate Joesph was amazing he answered all questions asked and I never once had pressure on me to buy anything! I can't wait to get my new living room furniture! Looking forward to returning to buy more! Thank you a million!

I am very happy with my choice, I have used this furniture vendor before. Their customer service has always been warming and helpful. They don't pressure you they "greet and show you options. This is not the first time I have used Slumberland it certainly won't be the last!

I had a great experience recently purchasing a couch from Slumberland Springfield. I had picked out a specific couch and called all over central Illinois furniture stores looking for it. They had it in stock, were great to work with and I paid over the phone, they moved it from their warehouse to the store within two days and I picked it up the next day with no hassle whatsoever. It was waiting for me by the back pickup door. Great price, great service and friendly staff! It looks great in my space!
