I was met in the showroom by Katelynn, shortly after entering Slumberland. I had previously browsed online and had interest in a particular sofa and loveseat. She quickly provided me with a total cost and explained delivery options. She encouraged me to take some time, look around, and let her know if I had any questions. I actually found another sofa and loveseat that was exactly what I had in mind, on clearance! Katelynn was very friendly and helpful throughout. On Friday, my dog and I will have our new furniture delivered.
View on GoogleI loved my visit to slumberland. They had such nice furniture and so many options. Rob Sawicki was a very helpful Sales associate. He was so comfortable to talk to and showed me so many different options to what I told him I was looking for. He gave me things to think about and during my shopping. He ultimately led me to the sofa I purchased. It was so smooth and easy. I enjoyed the interaction and did not feel pressured to buy anything. What a nice man and fun place to shop for furniture.

View on GoogleSaw ad for a mattress sale online. Sent a text. Received a reasonably quick reply. Asked about an item. Learned that particular item was not in stock, but their follow up was good and helpful, so I stopped by the store. Tommy is who I talked with on the phone, he was informative during our phone conversation. I asked for him when I entered the store and he helped me find a mattress that matched our price point and that is likely a better longterm fit for our need than the sale item that caught my eye in the ad.
