Slumberland Furniture

The Slumberland shopping experience was a definite ‘10’. Jenny was extremely knowledgeable & very easy to work with. She listened to us & guided us to what best fit our needs & our wishes. She WAS NOT ‘pushy’ at all, which helped make our shopping experience a pleasure. And it feels good to support a brick & mortar store.

Went into Slumberland on a whim to look for a couch loveseat set and was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED that we were able to look around and a SHARK wasn’t dreary to devour us! VERY NICE! We found a Southern Motion set! Very nice and we were able to change the color ! Sarah was VERY NICE TO WORK WITH! Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all! Thank you SLUMBERLAND ! Very nice furniture buying experience!

Doing business with slumberland was a very much a pleasure. No sales pressure and a great selection of lazy boys to choose from with the best price I could find. My chair was delivered in 3 days. Even the delivery guys were super nice.

Slumberland is wonderful! I had moved and was having problems finding a bed foundation that fits in my bed slats. Jenny showed me some great options. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be back for future purchases!

We purchased a new king size mattress with an adjustable frame. When the items were delivered, the delivery people noted that the two sides of the adjustable frame did not sync with each other and advised us to call a 1-800 number for servicing the defective item. A week or so later a tech came out, verified that the frame was defective, deactivated any adjustability, and then ordered new parts. He advised us to keep tabs on the new parts as most people never call him back and end up living with frames that don’t work. We have attempted MANY times to do just that, but no one seems to have any idea when these parts will come in and they tell us to just listen for a phone call. It has been two months and we have never had a properly working product. We can’t get support tracking these parts and we are just expected to wait patiently. This experience has turned my husband and I from loyal Slumberland purchasers into people that never will trust them again. We shouldn’t have to have a defective item fixed, we should have been delivered a non-defective item when the defects were discovered. I sincerely hope this gets fixed, but I’m not happy. I have had much better experiences buying adjustable frames on Amazon, and should have just done that and saved myself over half the cost.
