Having never heard of this company, my wife and I were skeptical. But, from the initial sale to the installation, the communication was outstanding, the set up and delivery fantastic. We had two sleep number beds before this bed, the MLILY is far superior for less money. I would strongly urge everyone to try out this mattress.

We bought a bed a while ago from them ,this company not only sold us an amazing bed, but held our bed for several several several months while our house was getting ready… They always kept in touch. Very nice people when we were finally able to get our house and put our bed in it. They came delivered it set it up showed us how everything worked assured us that if we had any issues we can call the store immediately. We also bought several pillows from them. My head has never rested so well on a pillow .I would highly recommend this company, it is a very friendly company to do business with their product is also awesome

This store unlike any in the area will sell you a very expensive bed with zero chance of returning it if you are not happy. They have a "comfort exchange" policy that they do not tell you about when you first walk in. No returns PERIOD! that they don't tell you about either. So if they sell you the most expensive bed, and you are not happy, the "comfort exchange" will allow you 1 exchange and you will loose money (the difference) and pay for a re-delivery fee. The only reason I know this is because I am going thru a dispute. They provided this policy to my c/c with out my signature because I never signed it or saw it before. Places like this will not last long.

Received a decent price on the best mattress (Clarity II) and pillow (Carbon Cool) I’ve ever slept on. It was so good, I purchased a second mattress and pillow. Thanks

We had a great experience buying a mattress from Stan! We weren’t planning on buying a mattress and just stopped in to look. Stan was so genuine and wasn’t pushy at all. He answered questions, told us about his favorite features, and was very knowledgeable. We didn’t really need a new mattress but left with one. Along with some new pillows and a set of bamboo sheets 😂 He’s fantastic and if you’re looking for a loyal employee who is also a great salesman, you should hire Stan. His boss is mean to him publicly and clearly doesn’t appreciate his skills or loyalty. He deserves better. The bed was delivered and not set up correctly. We were also told by the boss that our current bed frame wouldn’t hold the 600 lb bed system. When I looked it up it was actually able to hold up to 3000 lbs. 🙄 So they set it up on 6 little pegs instead. The pegs were wobbly and unstable until my husband and I fixed them. After about a week of sleeping on this amazing mattress we realized it wasn’t any more amazing than our last mattress and that we were unhappy with it. It just wasn’t very comfortable night after night. I called and asked about returning it after about 2 weeks. Turns out there are no returns. Wish I would’ve asked about that when we were purchasing it. It’s considered an “intimate item”, so you can’t return it …. UNLESS (get this) you are returning it for a one-time exchange of another mattress that you may or may not like after a week or two. Then if you are unhappy with THAT mattress, too bad. It’s yours now. Just wanted to give a heads up to do your research and make sure the mattress you choose is the one you want because there are NO RETURNS.
