Visited the Brandon store with my mother to buy her a a new mattresses. Thrilled to learn about this quality, locally made product. Her item had to be made, but delivery was still taken in about a week. Even the delivery went exactly as the sales person, Adam, explained. Delivery personnel were polite and hygienic about the removal of the old mattress. Gave me more confidence in the product. I must compliment this company in their training of Adam. So often when I shop with my mother, I feel as though people are talking down to her because of her age. Adam was very knowledgeable in the products he was selling and very knowledgeable about both the company’s manufacturing and policies. His demeanor was absolutely sincere and professional.

And they still have the double sided mattress that you can flip and turn with a real working boxspring made by the Amish 🌟 Love my mattress 🌟❤️🌟 Helps me sleep all night long The mattresses are hand built at our local 🇺🇸factory and shipped directly. It only took 3 to 5 days for my custom mattress‼️

View on GoogleMy daughter and I spent over an hour in store laying on every-single-bed. We did not feel pressured to buy. Bill was VERY kind and VERY helpful. He answered EVERY question we had. He was extremely knowledgeable in the company background and how the mattresses are designed and what makes each one unique. For those who don’t know, their mattresses are also locally made. Support AMERICAN businesses!! 🙌
View on GoogleWent there on Saturday 02/25/24. Store was late opening. Manager finally pulled in looking like something the cat dragged in. I asked him if he was the manager and he said he was. He did not apologize for being late, asked how he could help us, or any assistance at all. We turned around and left. We saw him leave the store and run to the Vape store in the same little plaza. Looks like selling mattresses is not his priority. Don't waste your time at this business.
