Ask for Joey! I had an excellent experience purchasing my furniture and have to give a huge shoutout to Joey for making everything so smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I needed. He took the time to understand my style, budget, and space, offered thoughtful recommendations without being pushy, and answered all of my questions with patience and care. The entire process felt easy and stress-free, which is rare when buying furniture, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase. If you’re shopping here, definitely ask for Joey.

We had a great experience working with both of them, and they were very patient with us as we changed our mind several times! They were very respectful, polite, and a pleasure to work with! I would recommend them to anyone!

Gao was SO nice and accommodating to me during my visit. I had two small children, who were all over the place. She was patient, kind and understanding. Overall, would come back and buy more from her.

Jacob F at the Appleton, WI location was phenomenal. He approached me with absolutely no pressure, which made the entire experience comfortable from the start. When I was ready to make decisions, he guided me through every step with patience and professionalism. He took the time to provide multiple cost scenarios and options, helping me feel confident in my choices. Thanks to Jacob, my overall experience was excellent.

We were greeted by Jacob when we walked into the store. He then gave us information on where to locate items we may be interested in. If we had questions he was well informed on various items. There was no high pressure to purchase anything. He moved furniture around so we could see what combinations would look like. This guy went above and beyond what we expected. If I were to go back to that store, I would ask for Jacob.
