Amazing experience! Cannot thank Peter enough for guiding me through this investment. He and Tim are great and their consultative approach to discussing your needs and proposing options for consideration was what sold me. Not only are Peter and Tim phenomenal, but even the delivery crew of Erick, Roberto, an Evan made a great impression. They were very professional and courteous while dragging this massive California King into my home. I recommend everyone visit Peter and Tim to see how the proper way to buy a bed should be.
View on GoogleMy husband and I had a really good experience with our salesman! He was super informative and helpful. He took time to explain the different types of mattresses and the benefits of each kind. Thanks for making this an easy buy!
View on GooglePeter was amazing to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. No pushy sales tactics while offering me extras.
View on GoogleEveryone we dealt with were helpful, informative, and made the process easy. Almost everything in our house came from Steinhafels and we’re going to keep it that way. Very positive experience and they even had it delivered quickly! I think a determining factor in the value of an organization is how they not only handle a sale, but how they handle problems. We had a warranty claim with the old mattress and the whole claim process was easy, they were helpful and of course the replacement was easy. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleTim Sandal was a true professional! He allowed me to look at what I wanted before approaching me as I appreciated that. He is extremely knowledgeable in his business and I bought Queen mattress, box spring and frame! Thanks Tim!
