Steinhafels

I entered knowing exactly what I needed, my salesman, Gerry, was awesome! Showed me exactly what I asked about, was helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture, its features and the prices. Absolutely no pressure to buy anything! Just a wonderful experience! Found exactly what I needed at the price that I was budgeting for it.

When looking to replace any furniture, we always shop Steinhafels. We have never been disappointed in what they display and our visit to the Menomonee Falls store did not disappoint. We were greeted by a very sweet young man who directed us to several pieces and sets after a brief conversation of what we were looking for. We are and older couple and our primary objective was comfort. We also do not like the pushy, “over the top” type of sales person. We couldn’t have been more pleased with Adam Herbert. Such a sweet guy who genuinely listened, answered questions and was NOT pushy at all. It wasn’t just about a sale. We went home to discuss the pros and cons to everything we looked at and went back today knowing exactly what to get. Adam offered all options and when he said delivery Tuesday ( yes next week), we were thrilled. You could not ask for a better sales guy. If you are planning a trip to Steinhafels in Menomonee Falls, see Adam, you won’t be disappointed! Ed & Karen W

We were searching for two swivel rocker recliners that were smaller than the typical cushy and bulky ones. And, we were not interested in powered units. Despite having a very nice selection at Steinhafels in Menomonee Falls, we were just about to give up when Tim found a faux leather one that fit our wants. Absolutely perfect pick up at the warehouse the following day. No wait. Biggest issue is disposal of the shipping cardboard and styrofoam. Overall A+

Mark was charismatic and helped me pick out my matress/headboard. Left me alone to actually try them out (which I appreciated), but came back in time to help me make the final call. I was here a few months ago and Cheeree helped me pick out a couch - I think I sat on every single one in the store and she was still cool about me needing to bring someone a different day for a second opinion. She's an interior designer now; I'm sure she's great at it. The whole process is painless, and I really appreciate that.

Our experience was the best. Adam Herbst greeted us promptly and listened to our interests of a couch and loveseat combo. As we were walking through the store, we spotted a barrel chair that would accent the Lazyboy couch and loveseat and I had to have it..(yes, I was thrilled) and before you know it, we also were introduced to the Lazyboy recliner which fit all our needs.. Adam made sure that we understood all the features of various models. Mike (manager) gave us a great deal on the recliner and threw in the accent chair for us as well..NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
