Superior Sleep Experience, LLC

My husband & I had been shopping for a new mattress for months, but were always frustrated by the overwhelming selections & pushy salespeople at bedding stores. We came across the Superior Sleep display at the Myrtle Beach Homeshow a few weeks ago, and decided to try out a Queen size split. Our salesman, Nick was fabulous - no pressure, no hovering. We even had a few laughs as we demonstrated how we sleep. Nick explained all the features & answered all of our MANY questions. We were sold!! When we got home we realized we had more questions, so I called customer service and spoke with Ellie. She was SO patient with my questions and answered each one. We ended up changing our order from a Queen Split to a King Split. The entire experience was delightfully stress free. Nick even called me to check in and make sure we were happy! We’re excitedly awaiting delivery of our new King Superior Sleep mattress. I will post a follow-up review as soon as we have everything set up and have experienced a few nights on our mattress. Superior Sleep Experience - Just bought this bed and have not received mattresses yet but the customer service I received by Danielle Cutler and John Stunberger was incredible. They bent over backwards to ensure we understood everything. They even downloaded app and showed us how to work the remotes from the app. I have received excellent customer service before but this was beyond excellent. Congratulations Superior Sleep Experience for hiring such exceptional employees who were extremely knowledgeable regarding the product they were selling.

Chelsie and Allen at the Fort Wayne Home and Garden show were amazing! There was no high pressure sales, they stepped away to give my husband and I privacy and space to discuss, and genuinely gave us the best possible deal. Their honesty and integrity made them stand out above the the other company present, Mattress Firm, where their sales person talked poorly about all other companies, didn’t want to give us space or time to discuss, and overall felt very deceitful. We’ve been mattress shopping for over a year and Chelsie and Allen truly not only made our day but made our decision easy! 10 out of 10, HIGHLY recommend!!

Got a great deal at the Fryeburg Fair! Salesman was super knowledgeable and helpful and let us test a lot of the bed features. Easy to assemble. Super heavy but very comfortable and I love it! Customer service also very responsive and helpful.

We bought a Premier Series 600 Split Cal King with adjustable base in October 2025 at the North Carolina State Fair (we're from Seattle). Salesman Jaz Brown was awesome. Layed out (pun intended) all the amazing details and advantages of the bed while we lounged on it. Thought it was an incredible sales pitch (I mean it worked), but must say EVERYTHING has been true so far! The bed was delivered in about 3-4 weeks. Fairly easy setup. Just as comfortable (or more) as the showroom. Still fine tuning adjustments and remembering all the features, and loving it. Expensive, but worth it!
