Bob Mills Sleep Spa

My wife & I had a great shopping experience! It was time for a new mattress! Here’s our story: We shopped at a local mattress store and had done research online, focusing on mattresses with highest reviews. We had decided on purchasing a particular mattress at that local mattress store but saw online that Bob Mills had a mattress showing a higher rating with a better price point! We had not intended to go to Bob Mills originally since we believed they were more focused on furniture sales rather than mattresses. Once we got to the store, we were greeted by Ben, who listened to what we were looking for based on all the online high (4.8) positive reviews. He informed us that yes, Bob Mills USED to carry that mattress, but no longer does because they were getting a lot of returns due to defects. Ben informed us of how Bob Mills does business and why Bob personally is invested in offering the best mattress products & utilizing the sleep technology system (based on color codes rather than firm, hard, soft, terminology) they have to determine best mattress support for various body types. We ended up with a better mattress & base with more “whistles & bells” AND purchased our package for $2,500 less than what we were going to spend at the mattress store! Ben was excellent and we would highly recommend asking for Ben when you visit Bob Mills! Thx much Ben at Bob Mills!

The shopping experience at Bob Mills was excellent. In fact, probably the best furniture shopping experience I've had. Brian helped me and was very informative a friendly. Not pushy at all. I told him what I was looking for in a couch and he showed me the perfect option right off the bat -- and it was on sale! He also helped set up the bedMatch scanner to make sure I selected a mattress with the correct support level. He showed me the items I was looking for and then gave me time to look on my own. Everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend shopping at Bob Mills Tulsa!

Shannon did great helping us decide on a sectional. He was very informative and answered all of our questions quickly. The manager also introduced himself while we were in the store. The only thing I have been disappointed in is the time frame to get the furniture. I chose to have the furniture delivered since we live out of town. I learned that after we decided to order the sectional, the truck had already filled up for our furniture to be delivered the following Friday which was disappointing but not that big of a deal. I did speak with Shannon today to see if I could pick the furniture up tomorrow or the next day but was informed the furniture is in Dallas and was not at the store. I just wish that information was clear in the beginning because that would have affected our decision between buying furniture out of town or locally. I’m not sure if any furniture is kept at the store or not? I am now without any couches for nearly two weeks. I just would have approached things differently with that piece of information. Shannon did great though and I don’t fault him for this but I was overall satisfied with my experience and now left with some disappointment and frustration.

Ben, in Tulsa, was wonderful in assisting us pick out a mattress. He even came in on his day off just becausehe was close by! There has been no pressure what so ever, even on my 4th trip in to the store, they were just as eager to help (not push) as the first visit. The employees were all very kind actually. We spent many hours there with my adult special needs son (who is well behaved, yet very talkative) and they were more than helpful, so patient. I have not received my mattress yet but thus far Bob Mills Furniture has been lovely. Honestly I've not experienced such kindness in retail. It felt like the good old times.

My husband and I have purchased furniture at Bob Mills before. We had Shannon help us the first time and we asked for him this time too. We came in for a mattress this time. Bob Mills has very nice furniture to choose from with a nice variety and we really like Shannon. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and he cares about his customers.
