My wife's Lift Recliner broke. We had bought it at Taff. Called them for repair services around 8 AM. They sent a truck within a hour to pick it up and repaired it that same morning. It was returned around noon. My wife really needed the recliner and I appreciated the concern they expressed and the service they gave to us. They had the needed part so they gave quick service.

Angie helped us pick out the perfect sectional for our home. It came in right on time and the delivery experience was above and beyond. We've shopped Taff for years and will definately be going back when we're ready for our next piece of furniture!

I stopped in Saturday 12/20 a little after noon to look at couches and love seats. The staff was very helpful and kind. I was greeted by Angie, who was very kind and helpful. She had three different customers at one time and made sure to come back in and check with me to see if I needed anything. She knew her products and didn't have to walk away to look up information. Once I decided on a couch and love seat, it was about an hour and 10 minutes before close. She was willing to stay over to allow for me to pick up my couch and love seat if I couldn't make it back in time. Angie and another employee had the couch and love seat pulled out of the warehouse and ready when I got back around 1:30, 1/2 hour before close. Another staff member help load my couch and move seat and told me everything I needed to know to safely and properly unbox the furniture. There was no push to get me down the road before closing. This is why I continue to buy furniture at Taff Furniture. They have a warehouse full of furniture and top notch customer service.

Great selection of high quality furniture and bedding at very competitive pricing. All of the staff know about the products and they let you have time to look everything over without constant pressure. The delivery staff were on time and prior to arrival contacted us to let us know when they would arrive. Just an outstanding locally owned store. My wife and I highly recommend them and glad to be repeat customers.
