John, the owner/operator is extremely friendly, professional, and helped us find the perfect mattress within our budget. He gave us several options tailored to what we were looking for without any pressure. We ended up buying a Helix king size mattress and absolutely love it. Delivery was smooth and the mattress was brought right to our door. Highly recommend checking them out if you need a mattress. They have everything from budget friendly options to high end, and the customer service is top notch.

He patiently waited while we hopped back and forth between our two top choices like 10 different times. We were very satisfied with our shopping experience! His prices are the same as the online prices, even sale ones. We tried Winksbed, Leesa, Helix, and Kingsdown. We ended up going with the Kingsdown, but have up to 120 days to change our minds and do an exchange if it doesn’t work out at home. He also expertly tied on top of our little car so that we could get it home the same day!

We came in specifically looking for one brand but after trying it out, found we didn’t like it at all. We fell in love with something totally different. I’m grateful we had a chance to try them first. I’ve already recommended Take N Go to a number of friends and family that want a bed in a box brand but are nervous buying something without trying it. And the prices are the same or better than what you get online. Win-win!
