The Mattress Source

I recently purchased a California king mattress cover, about 3 months ago, for my tempur pedic mattress. Chris helped me with this initial transaction, I was so pleased I joked if I did not like my new tempur pedic I may be back. One terrible mattress later, I was back to see Chris. He helped me and my wife find the most comfortable bed without any compromises. He is extremely knowledgeable and his first suggestion (after testing numerous beds) was the best fit. Over a month later and we could not be more happy! I just returned to buy another mattress cover for our new mattress and also purchased a pillow from them. Every experience was a no pressure scenario and everyone there including Chris understood my needs and made being helpful and truthfull their first priority. All of this compelled me to write this review as I feel it's a well deserved 5 star review in a world of businesses that no longer care about their customers, this was exactly the opposite.

Corey was extremely helpful. He made our experience choosing a new mattress very pleasant. Thanks for being awesome! Great customer service, and we can't wait for our new mattress to arrive!

Purchased a new queen mattress and I’ve been very pleased with the comfort and affordability. Great experience, great product and people were great to work with. Highly recommend!

Chris right down to the delivery men were fantastic. Checked competitors and they have best prices and service. No high pressure tactics and fast delivery. Visit the E. Lansing store today. Free delivery and extra freebies. Love my adjustable queen bed.

I can’t say enough about how fantastic The Matttess Source is. I needed an adjustable height bed to be delivered within a couple of days because my husband was coming home from the hospital after surgery, and Chris came through for me big time. I was able to talk to him on the phone and let him know what I wanted, and he let me know what they had available. I was able to go to the store the next day and get exactly what we needed. We did have a little glitch, but it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The delivery guys were awesome, and they set everything up,took away our old mattress and frame, and even moved another frame to another bedroom. They were polite and helpful and timely.
