Sleep Number

I needed assistance to learn how to disconnect the air hoses so I could remove the top mattress. Maraya took the time to demonstrate the procedure, even getting me involved so I could do it myself at home. Although I bought my bed in another city while on vacation, she was very helpful and treated me like one of her own customers.

Will was very professional and spent a great deal of time with me. He was friendly and answered all my questions, and he wasn’t “pushy.” I appreciated that I was able to try out each of the mattresses to find which best suited my needs . I would recommend this store to anyone looking for this type of mattress.

Our salesman ( Andrew) did an excellent job in explaining the differences between all the different designs. We appreciated his follow up on our purchase.

Just purchased our 3rd Sleep Number bed. We had the best experience with Andrew at the Okemos store. If you are considering a new bed go talk to Andrew.

My wife and I went to the sleep number store in okemous. We are very happy with the staff. We had all 3 kids with us. The staff member was very patient with the kids and loved having them there. We told them what we were looking at to buy and was showed to the bed immediately. I loved how they did not try to up sale. Very pleased with the service. The best service I have got in a long time. Thank you
