She quickly got us into a conversation about our needs and walked us through all the options in a way that was easy to understand. Her demo was excellent—super informative and hands-on without ever feeling overwhelming. What really stood out was that she wasn’t pushy at all. She let the product speak for itself while still guiding us confidently through the process. We actually left to think about it and came back the following week to purchase the ProSmart bed and frame—and that says a lot about how great the experience was. Best service! Brissa and store manager Lenae Love, were exceptionally helpful over the course of several days that I called and visited the store. I had bought a Tempur-pedic Supreme firm but after years of sleeping on firm mattresses, I discovered I needed something softer. Not many people know what a supreme is but Lenae and her team were so knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did they explain the differences in bed types but they guided us in the delivery process so that the supreme was replaced by my new tempur-pedic bed the same day. Lenae was wonderful. No pressure, listened to us, showed us our options, explained the differences between the mattresses and bases, as well as, the cost differences. The store is set up nicely to try out the various mattresses too. Can’t wait for our Tempurpedic to arrive!

Kyle helped us find the perfect bed for us. He took his time and let us try out all the beds, he thought we might like. We told him too soft and he showed us the next one, not that soft. We ended up purchasing a firm bed. The only thing he could have done better is to give me one of those cute teddy bears they have made out of their foam. Highly recommend!
