I had a top notch, pressure free, furniture sales experience at Ashley Furniture in Cherry Hill. I was fortunate to work with sales consultant, Sam Davis. He was courteous, professional, and educated on all the floor models. He provided me with some valuable advice & guidance during the decision process. Next time I need something for the home, I’ll be back at Ashley.

My wife Diana and I visited the Cherry Hill store at the beginning of the week. It was late in the evening. A very friendly gentleman engaged us and let us know that he was there to help us find what we were looking to purchase. Sure thing, we showed him a photo of what we were looking for; he asked us a few more question; and within the hour we were processing the payment and scheduling delivery. That gentleman is Sam Davis. He's wonderful and we will ask for him when we return to make other purchases. Thank you, Sam! We are very happy with our purchase.

Moulay was a very knowledgeable salesman and a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in a frank manner. We returned to Ashley to update our living room and dining room furniture. Excellent quality merchandise

The store was well laid out, making it easy to compare options and find the best fit for my home and budget. The sales process was smooth and efficient, with clear communication on pricing and next steps. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Ive been with ashely for so many years for all my furniture and this by far has been the worst experience ever, i ordered a modern dining room table set and it came dirty, scratched up and furniture was chipped off, i sent the back and demanded for a replacement. 1 week later “new” furniture came in and i wanted to flip because why were these worse then the first ones, and the delivery people were so rude and being rough with the furniture and one guy hit my plant and almost broke the pot ,Its so unbelievable i ordered this piece on time and expected them to be perfect for thanksgiving for my family. NEVER EVER will i order from Ashely's again very disappointing
