Purple - Cherry Hill

My wife and I had an amazing experience at the Cherry Hill Mall Purple Store thanks to Krista. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and answered all our questions in the showroom with zero sales pressure. She even went above and beyond by continuing to help us over text after we left so we could confidently choose our Purple Rejuvenate. If you are looking for a seamless, stress-free mattress shopping experience, definitely go see Krista.

Experience with the store was excellent. Got to try all the beds, some multiple times, until I found one I was happy with. Krista was helpful and patient, didn't try to over-sell, and made the experience very pleasant. Looking forward to receiving my new bed and better sleep.

I had a great experience at the Purple mattress store in Cherry Hill. I knew I wanted a purple but I went in feeling overwhelmed and unsure about what I needed, but the whole experience ended up being calm, easy, and actually enjoyable. Krista was extremely knowledgeable and really stood out. She clearly knew the ins and outs of each mattress and explained the differences in a way that made sense. She helped me understand what each one was best for without making it feel complicated or overwhelming. Bruce was also incredibly helpful. He took the time to help me narrow things down and really zero in on the right choice for me. He was kind, patient, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. What I appreciated most was the overall vibe of the store.. it was very calming, no pressure at all, and I never felt rushed. They really gave me the space to figure things out while still being there to guide me when I needed it. I ended up purchasing the RestorePlus Hybrid mattress, and I’m really excited about it. It felt like the perfect balance not too firm, not too soft just right in the middle and super comfortable. It really felt like the best fit for me after trying everything. Both Krista and Bruce really earned my trust, and that made all the difference. I’m so glad I went in, and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a positive, no-stress mattress shopping experience.

We bought a mattress from Purple in Cherry Hill. This was the first stop in our mattress journey. Melina was the Sleep Genius who assisted us, showing us their different mattress lines and helping us find a mattress we liked. She was very friendly and helpful- educated us on mattresses, and sent us a wishlist of the mattress we liked should we want to come back to purchase. We tried other mattresses at other stores but couldn’t get that Purple mattress out of our heads. We went back a second time and worked with Bruce. He was lovely- encouraging us the find the mattress that made our bodies happiest. He was very patient and let us run around the store going back and forth between two mattresses, and crunched numbers with us for well over an hour. It was a very pleasant time. Bruce was very kind, funny and knowledgeable. Purple is very lucky to have both Melina and Bruce. I’d buy another Purple just for the customer service alone. We can’t wait to receive our new mattress and have the best sleep of our lives.
