Came in on Memorial Day and the lady who helped me (Emilia I think) was very knowledgable and friendly. She didn’t seem to pressure me to buy anything and let me browse through mattresses. It’s my first time buying a mattress for my first apartment out of college and I thought she made the process very beginner friendly. I got to sit and lay on all the beds to find what was best (within my price range). She definitely lowered the pressure and changed what I expect of the inanely-priced and predatory mattress companies. Thanks! Can’t wait for my new mattress to arrive in late June!

I am fussy in my purchases and I had specific requirements that I wanted to be answered in a new bed. Original Mattress supplied me with all of these. Scott was very knowledgeable about your product and let the mattress sell itself. There was no high pressure sales. Scott listened and showed me multiple solutions; he helped me through all my options and sold me only what I really needed.
View on GoogleBUYER BEWARE! My elderly Father purchased Mattress, Bed frame and Headboard from Original Mattress Factory. The installers insisted he needed an adapter kit. It was purchased but then it wasn't needed at all. They won't refund the unopened package. Some BS about a Donation Policy.
