Thank you for the amazing experience Karin, Carlos and Paris. They were super patient and catered to all my specific requests to help me decide on the best pillows for my situation. I was never rushed or pushed to ever buy something. I was also given all the info I needed and more to make a well informed decision of my own accord. Overall Truly a great team working here. Karin is a great store manager who leads a well trained team on top of amazing hospitality. Carlos the team lead shocked me with his vast array of knowledge. I highly recommend Paris for doing above and beyond. He is truly eager to learn and grow as a new and very capable member of the team.
View on GoogleThis was my second time back to buying two more Temper-Pedic mattresses. My first time 4 years ago, Karin was my sales person. She was so amazing that I followed her from Blue Back ( still open) to West Farms Mall. Karin is the manager at the beautiful new store. She has a great team working with her. They are all very patient, knowledgeable and not pushy. They listen to your needs and don't rush any decisions. There are a variety of Temper-pedic pillows as well as beds. Try some while trying out the beds.
View on GoogleWe almost didn’t walk into the store because mattress stores are just like car dealerships - salesmen practically put you in a headlock to buy stuff. I’m SO glad we walked in though!! Carlos helped us out & was absolutely FABULOUS! He didn’t badger us & was super helpful, knowledgeable, & had a fantastic personality to boot. We highly recommend working with him! He made the process super fun & enjoyable. Thank you Carlos! You deserve a big raise!
View on GoogleFrom the moment I walked in the people were so kind and nice. Carlos was amazing, I was upfront this was not my fav thing to shop for. He made experience so pleasant, feeling more like a friend than a business transaction. Clearly explained each option, no pressure what so ever. Asked me questions that helped design the perfect bed and base. Just a pleasure to spend time with the people in the west farms location!! Thank you all for making my experience so so so awesome!!

We were trying out different beds and both Karin and Jen were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They made us feel welcomed, answered all of our questions, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for without making us feel pressured. Their customer service truly stood out and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you both for all your help — we really appreciate it!
