Casper - Blue Back Square

After a long search of various brand mattresses, my husband and I purchased a Casper split king Snow Max with adjustable frame. We absolutely LOVE it! This bed is without a doubt the most comfortable bed we have ever tried! It also suits both of us since we have back and shoulder issues. It is just perfect. We purchased our bed at this Casper store in West Hartford CT and worked with Marshall who is the Associate Store Manager. He answered all of our questions and let us take as much time as we wanted trying the various beds with no pressure! We highly recommend this bed and brand. This is the third Casper bed our extended family has purchased. We give it a 10 out of 10!!!

Michael was awesome to work with! He is so friendly and gave us lots of space and time to try out all the mattresses as well as pillows. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions so well and cheerfully. We highly recommend this store and particularly Michael! So excited for our new mattress and pillows!

Casper - Blue Back Square, offers a great selection with great prices and knowledgeable staff. When asking about the comparison of the different mattress styles; Mike was very helpful and able to direct us and answer all questions about the different products in store. We are very happy with the purchase of our Snow mattress and hybrid snow pillows. Thank you, Mike!!! I would highly recommend all friends and family to frequent this location and shop with Mr. Mike for their mattress and bedding needs.

Casper mattresses are excellent products and the staff at the West Hartford store are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. This is our second Casper mattress. The first gave us great life and the new mattress is an upgrade from what was available when we bought our first one and it promises to be even better than the one we’ve loved.

Clean & good atmosphere. Mike was patient and helpful. If you are thinking of getting a Casper a great place to go and try it out.
