Sleep Number

Christian was fantastic to work with! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured. He made the entire experience easy and helped us find the best Sleep Number bed for our needs. We really appreciated his patience and professionalism. Highly recommend asking for Christian if you’re shopping at Sleep Number!

We just started looking for a new king size bed. So we stop by your West Hartford store. We were greeted by Ryan he was very informative about the sleep number beds and not pushy about making a sale which we love. He explained about each bed if it would be good for us. So we went home with all his information and to sleep on it. The next morning we both decided we have to go back and purchase our new bed, mattress protection cover and sheets. Will be take 2 weeks on delivery. Thanks again Ryan

I highly recommend Doug in West Hartford location !! Best sales person we’ve dealt with in a long time. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy but very helpful! He even made my wife laugh and at ease with making the decision. The company is very lucky to have such valuable employee.

Will be delivered on 5/6!! Stopped by the store in W. Hartford yesterday and got everything squared away with the help of Doug. He took the time to help me find just the right mattress and the right sleep number.. Explained how to use the remote control to adjust the sleep number as well as other settings.. Yesterday, I came home with my pillow, and I can't begin to explain the difference in comfort. I had cervical spine surgery a ways back and have never really had a comfortable night. Always adjusting pillows and still waking up with some aches, not to mention that it would get uncomfortably warm, so I'd have to switch pillows to stay comfortably cool.. My new pillow kept me comfortable and cool! I can't wait for the combination of my pillow AND my bed!! Thank you Doug and Sleep Number!!! If you're considering a sleep number bed system, PLEASE dont wait and take advantage of this sale!. I promise you won't regret it!!

Doug was incredibly knowledgeable about the products. Listened to what we wanted and the price range we wanted to stay in. No high pressure sales tactics and did everything to make us feel comfortable with his service and purchase.
