Editing to show that it’s pretty apparent that the excellent service ends with the salespeople. Since delivery on February 12th I’ve contacted the store due to issues with the purchased almost $3,000 couch. Promises to return calls have gone unanswered. Details about the issues have been ignored. Missing the plug for the chaise. Tears on the bottom. Dirty bottoms from rubbing on the couch. Damage to paint in entry (which I’ve paid for out of pocket). And damage from a sticker. On March 5th after contacting manager Michael the prior week, the Platinum Protection plan representative showed up with a plug which was too short. He then proceeded to tell me I ordered the wrong one (I didn’t order it-the store did). He knew NOTHING about the issues and took photos and said that there was no way the damages could be repaired and that someone would call me from the store. No call (no surprise). I called after receiving an email and was told by ‘Doniqua’ (sp?) that their system was down but that she would call me before leaving for the day at 5. Again, no call. Please let your left hand know what your right hand is doing. This service is expected from another lowly competitor. I doubt I’ll buy from R&F again. Guess I’ll call again. Excellent service by Kevin Choquette and his manager Gary Moore. Wholly satisfied with the purchase and their candor with us. Very much appreciated!!

If you’re going to Raymour & Flanigan, ask for Julio. Seriously. I came in already stressed, tight stairways, awkward layout, trying to figure out what would actually fit in my place without turning it into a full-blown engineering project. I originally called in to see Julio, the manager, who politely referred me to a consultant, Hema. She was so nice and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the sleeper sofas I came to see. We found just the right model, we got business done in a reasonable amount of time, and I am quite pleased with the service I received from the consultant.
