If you are shopping for a Tempur-Pedic mattress, it is an absolute must to stop at their Flagship Store. My wife and I visited many of the top mattress retailers, and honestly, most of the “sleep experts” (salespeople) had very limited knowledge of the Tempur-Pedic lineup and technology. Tempur-Pedic may be the most sophisticated sleep system on the market today and offers one of the broadest lines of mattresses and adjustable bases available. We had gone to several different stores trying all the different mattress types and firmness levels. We had narrowed our decision down to the ProBreeze and LuxeBreeze in medium firmness with the Ergo ProSmart Base, but we had not yet found a store that had the LuxeBreeze Medium available to test. By chance, I came across the Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store in Boca Raton. I called ahead and spoke with the store manager, Casey, who assured me they had the full lineup available and that she would personally help us determine which setup was best for us. The Flagship Store was unlike any other mattress store we visited — it truly felt like a complete sleep experience. Casey was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question thoroughly and professionally. She walked us step-by-step through the Ergo ProSmart Base, which is hands-down one of the most immersive and sophisticated adjustable bases on the market today. She demonstrated how the mattress and base work together in tandem to create a completely personalized sleep and recovery experience. One thing that really stood out was that before discussing mattresses, Casey made sure we were properly fitted for pillows. That attention to detail made a huge difference. After helping us select the mattress, base, and pillows, she even brought us different mattress protector and sheet samples while we were still laying on the bed so we could experience the complete setup together. The entire experience felt personalized, educational, and pressure-free. It truly was one-stop shopping, and we left feeling extremely confident and excited about our purchase.

Casey is GREAT! Not only did she help me and my father with purchasing - she also helped with an exchange and kept me updated DAILY about the status of my exchange. She truly takes care of her customers - which in today’s world is a forgotten cause. I would highly recommend anyone do business here because they truly care :)

We haven’t received our mattress yet but we had the best experience at the Boca Tempur-Pedic store. Casey was extremely sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful with our purchase. Shopping for a bed isn’t normally fun, but Casey made it very enjoyable. I would highly recommend going to this store.

Casey is literally the best at helping you out in this store! She’s understanding, really listens, asks you tons of questions to find the right mattress and pillow for you. She’s just super friendly and amazing. We loved our experience here and it was 99% because of Casey.
