I had an outstanding experience at Tempur-Pedic, and it was all thanks to the incredible team. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. Shanea was absolutely exceptional. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, patiently answered every question, and explained the differences between the mattresses in a way that made the decision easy. At no point did I feel pressured—she truly wanted to help me find the perfect mattress for my needs. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, I purchased my dream Tempur-Pedic bed, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I also want to recognize Reggie and Evelyn, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the entire process. They made sure my wife and I felt right at home from beginning to end, creating an atmosphere that was comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyable. It’s clear this team genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in providing an exceptional experience. It was my first time visiting a Tempur-Pedic store, and I had a great experience. Shanea greeted me as soon as I walked in and took the time to understand what I was looking for. She encouraged me to try different pillows and made sure I found one that felt right for me. She had a great attitude—very kind, patient, and professional. They were also running a BOGO promotion at the time, so I ended up leaving with two pillows. A few weeks later, I realized one of them was a bit firmer than I expected, so I went back to the store. Shanea happened to be there again, and she once more took her time helping me try different options until I found the perfect fit. I truly appreciated the level of customer service and attention I received both times. I highly recommend visiting this King of Prussia location—the staff is friendly, professional, and they have a great selection of products!

Salesperson was professional and helpful. However missing from the premium service was the coordination of the delivery of our mattress and box spring and the frame. The frame was to be delivered by UPS prior to the delivery our mattress and box spring. We scheduled and the items were delivered upon seeing the frame was missing prompted a call to the store for assistance. We await an update on how the frame will be assembled and mattress/box spring to be moved onto the frame.
