Dennis did a great job presenting options for my mattress preferences, and making a sale happen! This was out first and only stop searching for a mattress set. The delivery was on time and very quick. The delivery guys were efficient and friendly.

Dennis was the best!! He made us feel comfortable and at home, he showed us the best bed I’ve ever bought for my back. (Short story I’ve had several surgeries) I am genuinely excited for the delivery of this bed. Sleeping will be a whole new level of comfort and relaxation. Also, the Comfort Index Diagnosis questionnaire on the website truly helped prior to our purchase to narrow down what level of bed we needed to start with. Was greeted immediately with a warm welcome by Dennis. He was very patient with us as we tried every bed in the store about 30 times each. He was very knowledgeable, help point us in the right direction. The transaction was easy. There was no pressure to buy. Delivery was as expected. Very happy with my purchase.

I had been shopping for beds for my two boys and visited other stores before coming to this one. When my wife and I came into the store we were greeted and helped by Jordan. Jordan went above and beyond helping us find what we were needing. He provided exceptional service! One of the best customer service experiences we have had in a long time.

My mom and I were shopping around for bedroom furniture for my grandmother when we "stumbled upon" The Bedroom Store online and decided to visit the Saint Peters location. Immediately after entering, we were greeted by Jordan, one of the friendliest, most gracious salesmen we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He really did everything in his power to make us feel welcome and help us out of a bind; by this point we had exhausted our options in finding a local store that carried the bed frame my grandmother was looking for. Jordan patiently checked and re-checked and then re-checked again (lol) the inventory to make sure we were able to get the bed and mattress that caught our eye. He set up delivery for the desired date, and even offered to deliver it HIMSELF if their usual team wasn't available that day (he knew we needed it ASAP). Oh, and did I mention the delivery guy was nice and professional, too? Long story short (too late, I know), my grandmother is very pleased with her new bed and mattress from The Bedroom Store.
