Just bought a queen set from Bedworks. I hate shopping for mattresses, and told Janet that when she asked us what we were looking for. Janet was amazing and worked with us until we found the perfect set for us. We ended up with an Aireloom and are very happy with it. They delivered the new and took away our old set. I would highly recommend Bedworks, and thank you Janet for making a chore a pleasure!
View on GoogleWhen we first went in we met Stephanie who was fantastic. She helped narrow down our choices to two. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly NOT PUSHY! She listened to what we were looking for, how we sleep, and knew exactly what would work for us. She was wonderful. Because we rushed buying our last mattress we wanted to take time to think about it. After a week of discussions, we decided that we appreciated that it was a local business, so many options and they seemed like they would be easy to work with. We went back and Janet was there as Stephanie was sick. Janet helped us finalize our choice and placed our order. Janet was also wonderful and helped us feel confident in our decision. We are anxiously awaiting our new mattress and are grateful for the superb customer service we have received so far.
View on GoogleWe just bought my mom a new adjustable bed and mattress. The customer service was terrific! They even went to the warehouse with us so we could take the stuff home with us. We HIGHLY recommend this store.
View on GoogleThey have very nice sales people, delivery people and product but I did find out the hard way they dont automatically dispose of your old mattress. I wasn't asked if I wanted it at purchase and as a result assumed it was included. Maybe thats included in the delivery fee? No. It is not. It's an additional $25. It was my fault for misunderstanding but also could've been prevented had the salesperson gone over this detail at purchase. For me, It's not worth the inflated price along with all the extra charges to continue shopping there. If you have the money they do offer lovely mattresses.
View on GoogleWe had visited a few other mattress places. BedWorks had the best most knowledgeable staff. Very quickly were able to find the right mattress and frame. Highly recommend you check them out before deciding.
