Sleep Number

My wife and I bought a new mattress here, we had an issue with the mattress within a couple of years. When I reach out to Rodin at Bedworks, she had all my original information on file and got me a credit for the mattress in one day. Excellent customer service. I recommend the Bedworks to anyone.

We worked with Sarah to select our new Sleep Number bed and had a wonderful sales experience. Sarah worked to understand our needs, demonstrated great knowledge of the products and reinforced how the products could help us sleep better. She knew when to add more detail and when we needed space to discuss. Her peer, Kayla, added to the conversation appropropriately and without overwhelming us. We always like to "sleep" on big decisions so she followed up the next day. When we were ready to place our order, she was unavailable, so her manager, Bill, assisted. He was thorough, reinforced the information Sarah had shared and made sure we had no additional questions. Our sales experience with the Bangor store was excellent. We look forward to recieving our new bed soon!

Called the store in Bangor, Maine just to ask some questions about purchasing a Sleep Number for my dad who lives well out of the store coverage area. Bill was a great help in not only helping choose the bed that would be best for my father but also in explaining how the delivery service would work when out of the coverage area. Made my purchase right over the phone with Bill. Great customer service.

Tremendous experience! Carla was very helpful and made our decision much easier with her excellent knowledge of the products and humor. We are sad that Bill was not there as he was instrumental in our first sleep number bed purchase 11 years ago.

Great experience with very kind, knowledgeable employees. We had three kids with us and they even had toys to help occupy them while we shopped. Able to have our bed delivered within 10 days. Would definitely recommend!!
