Excellent sales representatives. Will was amazing. He didn’t hover over you and bug you, but he was informative and helpful in there when you needed him, but also gave you plenty of time to talk amongst yourselves without feeling pressure. Prices are very competitive I must say the selection is a little scarce compared to other stores if you’re looking for certain colors or certain designs, you may have to make a sacrifice. We ended up going with a different color cause they did not carry the color we wanted, but we made it work. Overall, the sales experience was amazing. Excellent sales reps, clean and well organized store and decent price. I highly recommend shopping here.

We purchased a new dining room table last fall at Bobs and then went in last weekend and worked with Grace to get our new living room set. Very easy to work with, didn't pressure us or hover over us while we looked around for what we wanted. Answered any questions we had. Will absolutely get our next piece of furniture there!

Yes, when I went into bobs, furniture in Bangor I must say, courteous kind very understanding. Won't listen exactly what you're looking for took their time. They showed me around, and I made a purchase, and they made me feel like a somebody not somebody that they were just trying to sell to. But they made me feel very welcome. They walked me through all the steps. And I got absolutely everything that I was looking for hassle-free. It was wonderful everyone in the store was so polite and kind and caring. And they took the time out to answer any little question that you may have had. And as far as I'm concerned, if you haven't shopped at Bob's, you need to go and check it out. The number one in my book and I will never by firm furniture. Anywhere else friendly. Make me feel like family and answer any questions that you may have. I give them an 11 on its scale. 101 to 10

Im not sure if or when we will get our survey but we just bought a livingroom set from Bangor-Bobs. Krista was so amazing and patient. She was educational and convenient. Kind and REAL service was appreciated. Give her love for us! They double checked everything. We will be back to see Krista for our bedroom. Thank you for having her on your team

It was my first time in, and everyone was very polite and even offered my daughter a snack at the little snack stand they have there. They also have coffee as well. I picked out a couch and love seat, and bought it that day. They had me scheduled for 4/15/26 and told me if they could get it to me sooner then they could try. That same day they sent me a text stating they were able to reschedule my delivery from the 15th to the 1st of April. I was so excited. It was an overall great experience. Even they guys that took my information was very pleasant. I definitely recommend comming here.
