Saatva

Cesar was fantastic. I walked in on a Friday night at 630p and he was at my service. He gave me a lovely introduction and tour of the basics, and quickly we narrowed down what I wanted. He processed the order with care, making sure all discounts and shipping addresses were correct. I can't wait for my memory foam mattress to arrive.

Our Saatva viewing room experience was excellent, with Katy providing answers to all of our questions -- as we were trying out the options available that met our needs. From this experience, we made the decision to buy our mattress and base from Saatva, which we followed through in a call speaking with Cesar, who also provided a great experience. We're looking forward to receiving our new purchase within 2-3 weeks, with the white glove delivery!

I'm not sure that I would have purchased a Saatva if it had not been for the ability to test the firmness of the mattresses and to get a feel for the customer service. Selena, the attendant gave me confidence that customer service was important and she was factor in my decision to purchase.

Changed out mattresses from firm to a bit softer - easiest conversation I've had. True to their word on return policy - if not comfortable with your mattress within a year, you can change. Also, delivery was timely, they let us know up to the minute on schedule and the delivery team was kind, gracious and very professional! Love this company!

Katie was a wonderful representative to work with and the saatva mattresses are such high-quality. Katie was knowledgeable, non-pressuring, very easy to work with. We’re excited about our purchase!
