Cesar was fantastic. I walked in on a Friday night at 630p and he was at my service. He gave me a lovely introduction and tour of the basics, and quickly we narrowed down what I wanted. He processed the order with care, making sure all discounts and shipping addresses were correct. I can't wait for my memory foam mattress to arrive.

From this experience, we made the decision to buy our mattress and base from Saatva, which we followed through in a call speaking with Cesar, who also provided a great experience. True to their word on return policy - if not comfortable with your mattress within a year, you can change. Also, delivery was timely, they let us know up to the minute on schedule and the delivery team was kind, gracious and very professional! Love this company!
