The Mattress Clinic

We had an amazing experience at The Mattress Clinic in Moore! We needed a new mattress after moving, and the entire process was easy and stress-free thanks to their outstanding customer service. The employee who helped us was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He let us try out multiple mattresses until we found the perfect one and never made us feel rushed or pressured. To top it off, he included two awesome Cool Choice Pillows and a mattress protector, which was such a thoughtful bonus! If you're looking for great customer service, quality mattresses, and a team that genuinely wants to help you find the right fit, I highly recommend The Mattress Clinic in Moore. We'll definitely be back for any future mattress needs!

We drove down from Edmond to visit The Mattress Clinic in Moore this afternoon. We'd already checked online prices against several other stores and this store has the best prices and offers you could want. We were specifically looking for a Massage Chair, and when we arrived, we were greeted and told that this is a NO-pressure sales store, that they don't work on commission and we can look around with no pressure to buy today. I was very surprised to hear all that and really thankful, too! The store had a nice selection of massage chairs that we tried out and took our time with. We spent a couple of hours comparing chairs and figuring out which one we wanted. There were a lot of chairs to choose from! We were checked on a few times to make sure we were okay and if we had any questions, but for the most part, we were left alone to really focus on why we were there. It was SO nice. We settled on the massage chair we wanted. Going through the color options and checking out and paying for it was nice and smooth, too. They threw in free extended warranty, free white glove delivery to our house, a cover and I'm pretty sure no other place is going to beat their price with that kind of deal. I would highly recommend this store - whether you're looking at massage chairs or at mattresses because of the no-pressure stance they take. We saw a couple check out ahead of us who bought a mattress and they were also really happy and we heard them say so. Thank you for making our shopping experience a really great one!

I had a fantastic experience at Mattress Clinic. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I got exactly what I wanted while staying within my budget. He took the time to listen, answer questions, and work through different options without any pressure. Thanks to his help, we ended up with two King Size Tempur-Pedic Breeze ProLo 2.0 Cooling Pillows, and they have been a huge hit. The girls absolutely love them, and I have to admit, they made me look like a hero at home! What stood out most was his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our purchase. That level of customer service is becoming rare, and it did not go unnoticed. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you for your outstanding service and for helping us find exactly what we needed. I highly recommend Mattress Clinic to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer care.
