The Mattress Store

They are the only place we could find in the Puget Sound region that had ALL of the Leesa and Wink beds in stock available to lay on. Including the Wink models that aren't sold online as the top tier line won't ship in a box. Super helpful staff and knowledgeable. Lee helped us and he was great. The prices were better than anywhere else we went, and we went everywhere. Local owned company is economically part of the community, not out of town national private equity. We do not regret at all traveling all the way over from Seattle to purchase here. Nowhere else had all the mattresses we were interested in available to be tried side by side. I highly recommend shopping here.

We got a firm mattress with Dwayne in less than an hour. He was so knowledgeable and didn't pressure us at all. Very helpful gentleman. Unfortunately the firm wasn't firm enough after a few nights on it and their exchange process was phenomenal. In and out in less than 30 minutes with Lee helping us. The delivery service was also really great. The guys were professional and efficient with moving the mattresses. I couldn't recommend this place for a mattress enough.

We had an outstanding experience with "The Mattress Store" in Bremerton Washington from start to finish. We purchased a queen-size bed frame and mattress, and the entire process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Dwayne was knowledgeable and professional as he helped us find the perfect setup for our needs. On top of that, we were pleasantly surprised to receive great discounts on a mattress protector and bedsheets, which made the whole purchase feel like an even better value. What also set this experience apart was the delivery and build team. They arrived the very next day, right on time, and handled everything with professionalism and care. Setup was quick and efficient, and they made sure everything was perfect before leaving. It’s rare to find this level of service, pricing, and speed all in one place. They are now our go to mattress store for all our needs and we will be referring our friends and family when they are in the market for a new bed!

Great store! No bs got what we came in for at a great price. Super helpful salesman. Locally owned. We upgraded from a crappy purple to an amazing beautyrest black. 10/10 highly recommend!! Talk to Lee he is so easy to work with and knowledgeable.

My husband and I went in this morning with the intent on just looking, but with the help of Lee and his expertise, we walked out with a new bed! Lee was so kind and knowledgeable and a huge help! We were able to get it delivered fast and the set up at home was so easy!!! This is the first bed we have ever bought and it couldn’t have gone better!!! We will definitely be repeat customers (as needed) and I’ll be recommending this location for sure!!! Thank you guys again!!!
