We came to mattress firm to check the different temper pedic mattresses, thinking we would have to order them online in order to have the old mattress picked up. John explain to us that his store had the same services as the direct order. He helped us select the right mattresses to replace our cal.King and also the queen bed from our guest bedroom. It was a delightful experience. And we came home with the beds we thought we were going to have to order online. He was even ready to deliver them before we can accept them. Excellent service so far. We are so fortunate to have your company handy to port townsend.
View on GoogleGreat experience at Mattress Firm in Poulsbo. We purchased Temper-Pedic Pro Adapt Queen Prime Medium and finally have a mattress that we love. Super comfortable & cooling feature is awesome! Alan welcomed us and walked us through all of the features and comparisons of the two mattresses we were interested in. Alan made the process super easy and he was so friendly and helpful. I recommend Mattress Firm due to such an easy experience in buying all your mattress & accessory needs.
View on GoogleJohn was friendly and well informed on all available mattress products. He listened to our needs and helped us choose a mattress based on those needs and then our comfort. He explained delivery, set up and removal. He also provided details about the trial period for the new mattress and our satisfaction. I would recommend this store.
View on GoogleJohn was very helpful and patient! We had an excellent shopping experience and felt very listened to the whole time. John's knowledge of the mattresses also made us feel very confident in our choice.
View on GoogleFrom the moment I walked into the Poulsbo location to the end of delivery John and the crew were professional, efficient, and communicative. The most streamlined process of purchasing a large ticket item in a long time! ☺️ Thank you
