I bought a wonderful new mattress and box spring here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They offer an incredible delivery and haul-away service as well. Communication was excellent, from notifying me when the mattress arrived at the store to coordinating delivery to my home. Everything went exactly as expected. Lee was easy to work with and presented a variety of options to choose from. I firmly believe that you get what you pay for, and this store was absolutely worth it!

I've never purchased a mattress of my own before, but Lee helped me find the bed of my dreams (on sale too!) after telling him my preferences. I was in and out within 30 minutes, and had my new mattress delivered two days later. I love a good deal, local business, and excellent customer service - I'd recommend the Mattress Store to anyone looking for an easy shopping experience.

And compared to buying online, I found it beneficial to test out the different mattresses. I purchased the Bedgear, hybrid H4 (medium-firm) because it felt awesome! And it has a 10 year limited warranty. It was ordered and came in just over a week.
View on GoogleMy mom and I went to the store to find a new mattress for me. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable and had amazing customer service. The mattress I wanted was in stock in their other location (Bremerton). We were able to do the payment in PO and then it was already packed up and ready to go when we arrived at the Bremerton store. I'm happy we got to shop local and we will be going back to buy other mattresses in the future.
