The Mattress Store

I bought a wonderful new mattress and box spring here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They offer an incredible delivery and haul-away service as well. Communication was excellent, from notifying me when the mattress arrived at the store to coordinating delivery to my home. Everything went exactly as expected. Lee was easy to work with and presented a variety of options to choose from. I firmly believe that you get what you pay for, and this store was absolutely worth it!

I unexpectedly needed a new mattress and stopped by the Mattress Store after work. I've never purchased a mattress of my own before, but Lee helped me find the bed of my dreams (on sale too!) after telling him my preferences. I was in and out within 30 minutes, and had my new mattress delivered two days later. I love a good deal, local business, and excellent customer service - I'd recommend the Mattress Store to anyone looking for an easy shopping experience.

Went here with my nana, Duane was super helpful! He helped me find the perfect mattress! Will continue to go here for years ❤️

Dwayne was very low pressure, and helped me with any questions that I had. I greatly appreciated his low key approach. And compared to buying online, I found it beneficial to test out the different mattresses. I purchased the Bedgear, hybrid H4 (medium-firm) because it felt awesome! And it has a 10 year limited warranty. It was ordered and came in just over a week.

My mom and I went to the store to find a new mattress for me. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable and had amazing customer service. The mattress I wanted was in stock in their other location (Bremerton). We were able to do the payment in PO and then it was already packed up and ready to go when we arrived at the Bremerton store. I'm happy we got to shop local and we will be going back to buy other mattresses in the future.
