Had a great experience shopping at OMF. The worker who helped me, Jimmy, was very helpful and patient. Pulled up my previous mattress order and showed me two of comparable make. Overall, will definitely be shopping at Original Mattress Factory again in the future.

The salesperson, Davida, was very helpful with providing information and showing us different options within the store, without any high pressure sales tactics. She also explained the warranty and delivery information in detail before our purchase. Delivery was available as early as two days out and was easy to schedule. We were given a 4 hour delivery window and several text messages were sent updating us on delivery progress. The delivery team was courteous and professional. Our new mattress is comfortable and seems to be of high quality. OMF is a local company with a good reputation. Highly recommend!

We found exactly what we were looking for, a 2-sided mattress with edges that don't collapse when you sit on the edge of the bed. We've been using them now for about 2 weeks and are extremely pleased. Also the service was every bit as good as the beds. Talk about "white glove" service. We dealt with two different gentlemen, both of which were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and so nice to work with. The delivery people did just as well, they were in and out of the house in no time at all, everything in place nothing disturbed. I would highly recommend The Original Mattress Factory.

Delivery was quick and professional. After several weeks of use I am happy with my purchase. I should have listened to Aunt Sophie the first time.
