The Original Mattress Factory

Had a wonderful experience at this store. Rick was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted before I got there. Rick encouraged me to test it out and compare with others. Which I did, but it didn’t change my mind. Delivery was prompt and the delivery/assembly guys were very courteous and cleaned up after installation. I will definitely recommend this store to others!

Knowledgeable sales person, not at all pushy. Asked questions to show me the mattresses to best fit my wants & needs. Very pleased with the sales process. Bought my mattress in 2019, still very happy with the purchase in 2023. I recommend them often.

Rick was very helpful in showing us the different type king size mattresses and also head boards. He was able to pull up our records from a previous purchase from your company. Since we were happy with the comfort of our queen size mattress we went with the same brand for our new king size. The two gentlemen who delivered our bed were very polite, professional, and helpful. All in all a very good experience.

Purchased a mattress from Rick at the Chesapeake Square location prior to surgery. He was patient, explained the various items on display, and answered all of my questions. The delivery men were on time and extremely professional. They were in and out of my home within 20 minutes (removing my old and installing my new mattress). I absolutely love my new mattress. I highly recommend this company and this location. Thank you Rick. My healing is going well thanks to you and your product.

Sales person was nice. Purchased full size mattress set. Mattress set had a strong "new" odor. Aired in garage a few days as well as putting on our deck outside. Box spring alone smelled like wet cardboard. Disposed of the set and purchased a new set from different company.
