Richie was so knowledgeable and helpful! This is the second mattress I have gotten from this company. First one in N KY and drove 2 hours to get another. The only flippable mattress left on the market. We ended up choosing the latex mattress. Couldn’t believe the difference after laying on it then trying the spring mattress. What a major difference! Got 2 latex pillows too. No more deflating pillows!! Thanks Richie! You guys are awesome with excellent products!

View on GoogleI gave 2 stars due to the effort of trying to fix the issus. But when you get a product that is still not what I seen and felt in store is disheartening. I paid 1,750 dollars for an ortho ultra plush mattress. There is nothing plush about it. I would have been better off with one that was half the price. My family have bought from this company many multiple mattresses, first time I have been so disappointed.
