I tried to order a box spring online through their website with my Apple Card. There was an error with The Mattress factory website and now I have a pending charge that won’t go away and no box spring. I called the corporate office and they have no idea and can’t help me.

Tom helped us understand the different options and provided a no pressure shopping experience. He seemed to really like talking about mattresses and was remarkably knowledgeable. We were able to browse without any pressure to buy. Customer service was outstanding. Delivery was quick and we've been very pleased with our purchase. We would absolutely shop here again.
View on GoogleWe needed a new box springs to go with our existing mattress. After a frustrating experience with another store in Saint Paul that I will not name (but it's on N. Prior), we visited The OMF. We got exactly what we wanted, a low profile mattress foundation, and paid a reasonable price. I was especially happy with the delivery guys who came exactly when they said they would. Excellent service all around.
View on GoogleThe older gentleman working who I spoke to did not appear welcoming to me as a customer. I was interested in purchasing product but before I mentioned when I needed it, he told me there are no beds available and didn’t offer to show me any of the products in the store. I had to ask follow up questions rather than being informed of when there would be availability and other locations, etc.. I got the impression of “please leave” through the brief interaction. There was one other customer in the store and she was more friendly than the employee. I would have been open to purchasing something for future delivery or pickup but was turned off by the salesperson, I won’t buy from here unfortunately
View on GoogleI did not order the bed personally but a person I support received a mattress, box spring, and frame from them. They were happy to accommodate him, very sensitive to his needs, and timely with the delivery. Tom in particular took great care of him and worked with me to make it as seamless as possible. I just want to say thank you.
