My Husband and I purchased a new king size mattress set along with a new frame, some pillows and accessories. We worked with the store’s manager Glenn, he was super knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting us through the decision process. The showroom was very clean and has easy to understand information on all the mattresses and products. Their prices are reasonable and fair, we had a great overall buying experience. Can’t speak Highly enough from the salesman Devon to the two delivery gentleman. It was seamless. And they hauled away my old mattress for a little fee. I can’t wait to get better sleep and hopefully less back pain.

I was very pleased with the guidance and level of service provided by Ember. She listened to my needs and provided several options and, after visiting Costco and HOM, I decided to purchase my mattress from the Original Mattress Factory. The cool thing about these mattresses is that they are made in Minnesota! I actually saw the production floor while returning older mattresses I swapped out for a great buy. I also received a follow-up call the next day to see that everything went smoothly and that the new mattress was being enjoyed. Great customer service! If you are in need of a locally manufactured mattress quickly and without all of the hassle of some of the larger stores, this is a great place to shop! And ask for Ember! She knows her stuff!

We were in town moving our son into a rental house and had one day to get him set up. Stopped in to look at mattress and see what was in stock. Glenn Kray gave us the run down on different mattress and pros and cons and left us to make a decision. No high pressure sales or upgrades. He then offered to check other stores for floor models that were discounted. Found one and made arrangements to be moved closer to our location the same day! We picked it up later and no issues. Great customer service at every step. And my son said he slept great without his usual back pain on a traditional mattress he picked. No more bed in the box! I highly recommend stopping in and visiting Glenn and the store when looking for a new mattress.
